Book Description
"روض الطالب" هو مختصر روضة الطالبين للإمام النوري، يعد من أهم المتون في فقه مذهب الشافعي، وأصحها منطوقاً ومفهوماً، وأقربها تناولاً، وأحسنها لفظاً وإيجازاً، مع ما زاده من مسائل لتكميله الإمام إسماعيل بن أبي بكر المقري، العلامة الفقيه المحقق الذي قال عنه: "فهذا كتاب اختصرت فيه ما في "الروضة" المختصرة من "العزيز": وقربته على الطالب بعبارةٍ بيّنةٍ ولفظٍ وجيزٍ، وحذفت الخلاف، وقطعت بالأصح، واختصرت اسمه من إسم "أصله" فسميته: "روض الطالب".
جاء الكتاب في مجلدين من تحقيق السيد "قاسم محمد آغا النوري" جمع فيه: لمحة عن أصول كتاب "الروض"، المعتنون بكتاب "الروض"، مختصرات "الروضة"، وفيه أبواب وفصول نذكر منها: كتاب الطهارة، كتاب الحيض، كتاب الصلاة، كتاب صلاة الجماعة، كتاب صلاة الخوف، كتاب الجنائز، كتاب الزكاة، كتاب الصيام، كتاب الإعتكاف، كتاب الضحايا، كتاب الصيد، كتاب البيوع، كتاب الكفارات، كتاب القذف واللعان، كتاب النفقات وموجباتها: النكاح والملك والقرابة، كتاب حد الزنا، كتاب السرقة ... إلى آخر ذلك من أحكام فقهية على مذهب الإمام الشافعي (رضي الله عنه).
