Book Description
الشيخ المفيد هو أبو عبد الله محمد بن محمد بن النعمان بن عبد السلام بن جابر بن النعمان بن سعيد بن جبير، المعروف بابن المعلم (لأن أباه كان معلماً بواسط) كما واشتهر بالمفيد، ينتهي نسبه إلى يعرب بن قحطان.
كان من أجلاء مشايخ الشيعة ورئيسهم وأستاذهم، وفضله أشهر من أن يوصف فق الفقه والكلام والرواية، وأوثق أهل زمانه وأعلمهم، انتهت رئاسة الطائفة الإمامية في وقته إليه.
تبلغ مؤلفات الشيخ المفيد مائتين في الفقه والحديث والكلام، كما نصّ عليه ابن العماد الحنبلي في الشذرات، واليافعي في مرآة الجنان.
ومن أهمّ مؤلّفاته: كتاب المقنعة، والأمالي والاختصاص وهو هذا الكتاب الذي بين يديك، فهو كما قال مؤلّفه الفحل: "مجموعة تحتوي فنوناً من الأحاديث وعيوناً من الأخبار، ومحاسن من الآثار والحكايات في معانٍ كثيرة، وقد اعتمد عليه كبار علماء الإمامية واعتبروه من أهم المصادر في موضوعه، وأعاروه عناية فائقة وأهمية كبرى نظراً لمكانة مؤلفه.
والكتاب هو بما في طيه من الغرر والدرر والدروس العالية والأبحاث القيّمة يعرّف عن نفسه ويعرب عن قيمته الغالية.
