نرى ان هذا الكتاب متنوعا ما بين ذكر القوانين وعرض المجلات فقد بدأ الكتاب بعرضه لمجلة الجبائيه المحلية ثم تطرق للامور المتعلقة بالمتر المربع بالنسبة للعقارات وللاراضي وتعريفه معلوم الاجازة للموظفين على المحلات بيع المشروبات وعلى المؤسسات الصناعية والتجارية وبعدها عرض لنا المؤلف مجلة المحاسبة العموميه وأحكام شركات التجارة الدولية وتشجيع الاستثمارات والقانون المتعلق بها ثم ذكر قانون الايجار المالي وإعادة تنظيم السوق المالية وبعدها عرض مجلة الاداء على القيمة المضافه ومجلة الضريبه على دخل الاشخاص الطبيعين والشركات ومجلة معاليم التسجيل والطابع الجبائي هكذا الى ان طرق المؤلف باب القانون الاساسي المتعلق بإلغاء معاليم الترسيم بكتابه المحكمه الادارية ومعاليم التسجيل ومعلومات المرافقه وأخيرا تحدث عن أمر يتعلق بضبط طابع المحاماة.
