إنّ هذا الكتاب غاية في الأهمية؛ إذ يجد الباحث ورجل القانون والطالب مبتغاهم فيه وذلك بعد أن تعددت النصوص القانونية وتشعبت في النزاعات الإدارية؛ ولإيراده العديد من النصوص القانونية الأخرى التي لها علاقة بالنزاع الإداري كقانون البلديات وانطلاقاً من كون هذا الكتاب يعرض للنصوص القانونية المتعلقة بالنزاعات الإدارية، فقد أورد جميع هذه النصوص، وقوانينها؛ فذكر قانون أساسي عدد 38 لسنة 1996، وهو متعلق بتوزيع الاختصاص بين المحاكم العدلية والمحكمة الإدارية وأحداث مجلس لتنازع الاختصاص وقانون عدد 40 لسنه 1972 والمتعلق بالمحكمة الإدارية، وقانون عدد 52 لسنه 1993 والذي يتعلق بإلغاء معالم الترسيم بكتابة المحكمة الإدارية ومعالم التسجيل ومعلوم المرافقة المستوجبة على عرائض القيام بالدعاوى لدى المحكمة الإدارية واستمر الكتاب على هذا المنوال؛ فأتي على القانون المتعلق بالإعانة الدولية(عدد882 لسنه1974).
والقانون المتعلق بمراجعة التشريع المتعلق بالانتزاع للمصلحة العمومية (عدد 85 لسنه1976). والنصوص القانونية الأخرى لم تفلت من يد الكتاب، فذكر قوانين تتعلق بالمجلة الانتخابية، والمنافسة والأسعار، وتنظيم الأحزاب السياسية والجمعيات، وإصدار مجلة التهيئة الترابية والتعمير وبإصدار القانون الأساسي للبلديات، وتنظيم دائرة المحاسبات، وتمثيل الدولة والمؤسسات العمومية والمؤسسات الخاضعة لإشراف الدولة لدى سائر المحاكم، منتهياً بقانون يتعلق بتنظيم الصفات العمومية.
