بحث علماء أوربا في الأناجيل الأربعة فبيوا أنه لا يعرف متى كتبت ولا بأي لغة ألفت وقال بعضهم أن مؤلفيها غير معروفين وأتهم بعضهم بولس بوضع أكثرها كما ترى ذلك في دائرة المعارف الفرنسية ومنهم من جعل أصولها وتعاليمها مأخوذة من الأديان الوثنية ولعل البابليون هم أول من قال بالثالوث حيث نظموا الآلهة ثلاثاً ثلاثاً جعلوها ضمن مجموعات فالمجموعة الأولى إلـه السماء فإلـه الأرض فإلـه البحر والمجموعة الثانية إلـه القمر فإلـه الشمس فإلـه العدالة والتشريع أما الوحدة في التعدد فقد قال بها الهنود قبل المسيح بألف عام فكان عندهم ( برهما ) و ( قشنو ) و ( وسيفا ) وكانوا يعدونها ثلاثة جوانب لإله واحد. فهو براهما من حيث هو موجود وقشنو من حيث هو حافظ وسيفا من حيث هو مهلك. أما في اليونان فكان أشهر علمائها أفلاطون 427 ق.م. – 347 ق. م. الذي يقول أن قمة الوجود واحد هو الأول وفيضه يحدث شيئاً غيره هو مبدأ الوجود والشيء المحدث عنه " عقل " شبيه به. أما غوستاف لوبون فقد لاحظ تشابهاً غريباً بين المسيحية والبوذية في الشكل والمضمون حيث صام عيسى في البرية وحاول الشيطان أن يغويه ثلاث مرات وصام بوذا في الآجام حيث حاول الشيطان أن يغويه ثلاث مرات وحدث ما حدث مع المرأة من الطبقة الدنيا التي حاولت أن تسقيه مع ما حدث لعيسى مع السامرية وما قاله لها. وكلتا الديانتين أمرتا بالإحسان والزهد وكلتاهما إعتمدت الخطيئة بالنية وكلتاهما إبتدعتا الرهبانية. وبما أن إنجيل برنابا قد خالف الأناجيل الأربعة فقد شككت به المسيحية في روما إلا أن الدكتور ( مر جليوث ) الإنكليزي قد دحض الشبهة عن كونه من وضع عربي مسلم وأكد ذلك الدكتور خليل سعادة مترجم الإنجيل إلى العربية وإستدل من كونه وضع القرون الوسطى حيث ذكر اليوبيل ( الإحتفال ) الذي يأتي كل مائة سنة في ذلك الزمان وأن فيه قوة الحجة وشدة العارضة وجلاء البيان وهو من أسمى ما كتب الباحثون الدينيوت في هذا المجال. إذ حتى يومنا هذا لم نجد من يقول أن هذا هو إنجيل عيسى عليه السلام. وفي هذا الكتاب توضيح التناقض داخل كل إنجيل والتناقض بين باقي الأناجيل مع بحث بسيط في التوراة لتفي بالغرض المطلوب ليعرف القارئ بعض جوانب عصر التوراة وما نشأ فيها وما نتج عنها ثم عصر الأناجيل وما حدث فيه وما نتج عنه ليصل بالنتيجة إلى حال الفلسفة المسيحية التي وضعها بولس الرسول فأخرج الدين النصراني عن مقاصده تماماً.
