Book Description
"تهذيب الأحكام" هو أحد الكتب الأربعة المجاميع القديمة، المعدل عليها عند الأصحاب من لدن تأليفها حتى اليوم، ألفه شيخ الطائفة أبو جعفر محمد بن علي الطوسي المولود من 385 والمتوفي في 460 استخرجه من الأصول المعتمدة للقدماء التي هيّأها الله له، وكانت تحت يده من لدن وروده إلى بغداد في 408 إلى هجرته منها إلى النجف في 448 إلى أن قال: "وقد فرح خرج من قلمه تمام كتاب الطهارة إلى أوائل كتاب الصلاة بعنوان الشرح على مقنعة أستاذه الشيخ المفيد الذي توفي في 413، وذلك في زمن حياة المفيد، وكان عمره يومئذ خمساً وعشرون أو ستاً وعشرين سنة، ثم تممه بعد وفاته، وقد أنهى أبوابه إلى ثلاثمائة وثلاثة وتسعين باباً. وأحصيت أحاديثه في ثلاثة عشر ألف وخمسمائة وتسعين حديثاً أوله: الحمد الله ولي الحمد ومستحقه".
هذا وقد سلك الطوسي في بداية التهذيب بسرد السند كاملاً، ثم عدل عن هذا الأسلوب في أواخر الطهارة، وقال في سبب ذلك: "إنا رأينا أن يخرج بهذا البسط عن الغرض ويكون مع هذا الكتاب مبتوراُ غير متوفي فعدلنا عن هذه الطريقة إلى إيراد أحاديث أصحابنا المختلفة فيه والمتفق".
ثم بعد ذلك عاد لمنهجه الأصلي حيث قال: "ثم رأينا بعد ذلك استيفاء ما يتعلق بهذا المنهاج أولى من ألأخذ في غيره فرجعنا وأوردنا من الزيادات ما كنا أخللنا به".
وهذا يدل على اضطراب في منهجه التأليفي، ويبدو أنه كان يشعر بنقص في المكتبة الإسلامية لمادة التأليف، ولما شرح فيه وجوه لا ينتهي إلى حد فرأى الاختصار، ثم رأى الاختصار قد لا يفي بالمقصود فأتى بالزيادات، والتي هي باب ملحق لأكثر كتب تهذيب الأحكام، وقد يبدو لأول وهلة أنها روايات استدركها على الموضوع. فكأنها كتب مستقلة يمكن فصلها عن الكتاب واعتبارها مستدركاً ملحقاً، وكلام الطوسي في أسلوب التأليف ومنهجية الكتابة بالتفصيل ثم العدول بالاختصار ثم التفصيل بالزيادات يأبى ذلك، فهي زيادات غير استدراكية بل في صميم الموضوع للرجوع إلى المنهاج الأول الذي عدل عنه ثم رجع إليه.
