تشتمل هذه السلسلة "حافظوا على سلامتكم" ثلاثة كتب الحوادث التي يتعرض لها الإنسان في حياته، وبخاصة حين يكون الطفل فتىً يافعاً، الكتاب الأول موضوعه الإسعافات الأولية، وهو يتحدث عن العلاج الذي ينبغي أن يقدم فور وقوع حادثة في الحوادث مثل الإغماء والجروح والحروق الخ. والكتاب الثاني يتناول موضوع المحافظة على سلامتنا في المنزل وبخاصة مما يتعرض له الأطفال من مخاطر النار والكهرباء والماء والسقوط لتجنب هذه المخاطر.
والكتاب الثالث وهو هذا الذي بين أيدينا يتناول موضوع المحافظة على سلامتنا من مخاطر المياه، فيتحدث عن الرياضات المائية وشواطئ الأنهار والبحار والاستحمام وصيد السمك والسباحة وكيف نتجنب الحوادث في ذلك كله. وفي الكتابين الثاني والثالث إرشادات للأهالي تبين لهم أفضل الوسائل لحماية أطفالهم في كل جانب من جوانب الموضوع وفى الكتب الثلاثة رسوم إيضاحية ملونة دقيقة تبين بوضوح خطوات الإسعافات وطرق تجنب المخاطر. وهي رسوم لا تعطي الكتب رونقاً وبهاء فحسب بل تزيد في فهم دقائق الموضوع ومن الرغبة فيه، يفيد من هذه الكتب الثلاثة للكبار والصغار على السواء لأنها تنمي فينا القدرة على تجنب الحوادث والقدرة على معالجتها إذا وقعت.
