وشأني في مجمل ما أنجزت، في النقد والمقال الصحفي، حرصت، كما سيرى القارئ على قول ما يجب قوله، مهما يكن من أمر ما قد يتربّص بي من طبش من يستهويهم الزيف، أو من عبيده، أو عبدته، أو سدَنته، ومهما يكن من أمر ما قد يثمّر رصيدي من الأعداء، أولئك الذين يشبهون الخفافيش في محبتها للظلام، والذين يؤرّقهم الضوء، فلا يدّخرون جهداً في إستباحة دم كلّ من تسوّل نفسه له الإنحياز إليه، وعلى نحو يُعجزُ "آريس"، إله شهوة الدم والقتل الوحشيّ في أساطير الإغريق.
مئة نصّ / مقال لم يكن بدٍّ من أن أكتبها، وسواها ممّا كتبتُ في مجالها، أي المقال، لأنني، منذ اخترت الإكتواء بجمر المعرفة، آمنتُ بأنّ الثقافة موقفٌ من العالم، وبأنّ المثقف أحد اثنين: ناطق بالحقَّ، أو شيطان أخرس.
وعلى الرغم ممّا كابدتُ من أذى الذين آذاهم ما جهرتُ به في غير نصّ / مقال من هذه النصوص، فإنّ ذلك لم ينل من إرادتي في متابعة الصداح بالحقيقة، ولن ينال، وسأبقى أردّد ما كان الإمام الأكبر ابن عربيّ: قال "وما عليَّ إذا ما قلتُ معتقدي... دعِ المجهولَ يظنّ الحقَّ عدوانا".
