تعتبر مسألة التواصل باللغة داخل المجتمعات، قضية ذات وظيفة مركزية، تنسج متداخلة مع العديد من الوظائف الأخرى، فالوجود العقلي وجود تواصلي، والبناء اللفظي اللغوي بناء تواصلي، بل نستطيع القول إن وجود الكائن الإنساني كيفما كان، وأينما كان هو وجود تواصلي.
فالإنسان كائن إجتماعي بطبعه، وليس في إستطاعة أحد أن يبرهن عن إستغنائه المطلق عن الآخرين، إن كل فرد لا يستطيع تنفيذ مخططاته السلوكية إلا داخل الإستراتيجيات العامة للسلوكيات الجماعية، ووفق ما يسمح به نظام العلاقات الإجتماعية، هذا النظام الذي يحكم تجربة الفرد داخل التجربة الجماعية، ثم إن ما يوحد الأفراد، ويجمعهم بالأساس، هو التعاقد حول النظم ثم التفاعل وفقها، فلا يكون الفرد سالكاً أي سلوك إلا وهو يراعي غيره وما يجمعه به، وعليه يمكن أن نسجل علاقة التشاكل والإحتواء التي تربط التفاعل الإجتماعي بالتواصل اللغوي، إذ ليس التواصل اللغوي إلا شكل من التواصل الإجتماعي وليس التواصل اللغوي إلا شكل من أشكال التواصل الإنساني، فهل هناك تصور واضح لتدريس التواصل باللغة؟...
