ارتكز الشاعر في هذه القصائد على مقاربة نفسية – تأملية، نسج من خيوطها عالماً من الخيال الشعري المتدفق بقصائد وضع فيها كل خبراته المعرفية والجمالية والإبداعية، فجاءت لغته الشعرية غنية بالرموز والإشارات التي تحمل صيحات هذه الأنا المتعبة فخرجت إلى النور في ديوان بين دفتيه معانٍ إنسانية تسمو فوق الواقع المتعب المثقل بالهموم والأحزان، فنراه يذهب إلى حيث الموتى ليسمعنا هتافاتهم علّ ما نسمعه ما يطفىء الأحزان.
"وطني الطيب/ يغرس أحقاده في خاصرة الحكايات الجميلة/ لذلك لم أتقن البصق/ سوى على أرضه. حين أموت / لن تكتب صحف الصباح نعيي / ولن تفتقدني الفراغات المعلّقة / سيتبادل من كانوا أصدقائي موتي عبر الـsms / ويحتلّ رجلٌ آخر مكتبي في العمل / لن تبكي عليّ سوى أمّي / وامرأة ثلاثينية في كندا".
