الموضوع المحدد لهذه الورقة هو تناول العلاقات الصهيونية-النازية في الفترة الواقعة ما بين عامي 1933م و1942م، أي منذ وصول هتلر إلى السلطة في 30 يناير 1933 وحتى 1941، وإذا كان مما لا شك فيه أن هذه العلاقة قد مرت بإشكاليات متعددة متناقضة تندرج من التماهي الأيديولوجي إلى العداء مروراً بالتعاون الوثيق وفق اتفاقيات رسمية موقعة واتفاقات ضمنية مبرمجة، منها ما أعلن ومنها ما زال طي ملفات التاريخ بعد هزيمة الرابح الثالث، واستسلامه بدون شروط، مما جعل أطنان الوثائق محظورة على الباحثين لسببين رئيسيين: حرص المنتصر على تثبيت رؤيته الرسمية للتاريخ، وحرص الذين تعاونوا بشكل أو بآخر مع المهزم، على إخفاء هذا التعاون كي لا يلحقهم ما لحقه من تجرين، وكي يكون بإمكانهم الوقوف في مقدمة جوقة الاتهام والإدانة للإفادة من مكاسب الانتصار ودعم المنتصر.
