تناولت في هذا البحث ما يسمى بفن الممكنات أو لعبة الأمم أو اللعبة القذرة كما يحلو للبعض تسميتها ألا وهي السياسة الدولية وسياسات بعض الدول الشرق أوسطية ومن ضمنها سياسة الجحيم الطائفية العراقية، وربيبتها سياسة الملالي الحاكمين بالحديد والنار في طهران، وقد سلطت النظرات في حزمة من الآراء القانونية والتشريعات الدولية، والوطنية بما ينسجم وطبيعة أفانين الساسة والمعنيين بشؤون السلطة والحكم، والظلم الذي تتحمل وزره شعوب الأرض المقهورة والخائرة وسط أكوام التضليل والخداع الذي تمارسه النخب الحاكم تحت عباءة القوانين والدساتير وما أجمعت عليه شعوب الأرض من عهود ومواثيق ومعاهدات دولية والتي دفعت من خلال بحور من الدماء من أجل إستتباب نظام السلم والأمن الدوليين، إلا أن طموحاتها قد تبعثرت تحت أقدام الساسة وتناثر رذاذها في العاصفة الهوجاء وتدحرجت جلها في الوادي السحيق، وظلت الأمم واقعة في أتون سطوة المخادعين والفاسدين دونما امل في تحقيق غدها المشرق في الرفاهية والسلام الحقيقي والحرية المنشودة والمستقبل الموعود، ولكن تبقى إرادتها هي الأقوى وشعلة وضاءة لأغلبه لأمرها مهما حاول أولي الأمر من تكبيلها، فحركة التاريخ تقول إن الشعوب تعد المفصل المحوري في مسيرته ولا وجود للطغاة على صفحاته ولا في أسفاره الخالدة لأن طبيعة الخلود للشعوب الحية وحدها التي تحتل المآب العالي، وإن مصير السياسات الطائشة والمتهورة الدرك الأسفل يحيط بها السخام الأسود كل حين وإن الساسة اللصوص مكانهم وأحفادهم من بعدهم مزابل التاريخ غير مأسوف عليهم...؟...
