هذا كتابي الأخير- في الغالب - أقدمه لمن يهمه أمر الناس الفقراء ... إخوته في العقيدة، بل وإخوته في الإنسانية (حاكمين) ! ومحكومين، راجياً من الله العفو والمغفرة، آملاً أن يكون فيه النفع والفائدة المرجوّة للقراء الكرام، وكل ما ذكرته في هذا الكتاب من أمثلة واقعية وأرقام إحصائية نقلته من مراجعه.
