وحبست فكرة قيامه في أذهانها مجبرة وساعية بشوق وترتب إلى ولادة هذه النبوءة، نتيجة استضعافها واستسلامها وركونها إلى الوهن والضعف تاركة مصيرها للمجهول. وفي خصم التعبير عن هذا التاريخ المضطرب بغير واقع. من هذا المنطلق يخاطب المؤلف المسلمين من خلال كتابه هذا، في محاولة لتذكيرهم بدورهم في إحياء النهضة الإسلامية.
