Book Description
الشعر عند عمر الفرا يحمل كل تموجات الحياة، والمجتمع، والتاريخ، إنه آلة موسيقية لها مئات المفاتيح، فمرة تأخذ قصائده شكل الوردة... ومرة شكل الجرح المفتوح، ومرّة شكل المغامرة والتحدي والإستشهاد، وفي مجموعته الشعرية (رجال الله) حضور كثيف للشعر المقاوم الذي يتقاسم إحساسه الشاعر الفرّا مع رجال المقاومة الوطنية اللبنانية وكل الشرفاء في الوطن، فكان هذا العمل تحية لهم.
في القصيدة المعنونة "رجال الله" يقول الشاعر عمر الفرّا: "... لأجل بلادهم رفعوا... لواء النصر... فانتصروا... جنوبيون يعرفهم... تراب الأرض... ملحُ الأرض... عطرُ منابع الريحان... جنوبيون يعرفهم... سناء البرق... غيث المزن... جنوبيون... كان الله يعرفهم... وكان الله قائدهم.... وآمرهم... لذا كانوا - بكل تواضع كانوا -... رجال الله... يوم الفتح في لبنان".
أما عن النساء المقاومات فيستحضر الشاعر "عروس الجنوب" فيهديها قصيدة يقول فيها: "... لا يا سناء... إنت قصة... من البطولة... والشرق... والكبرياء... إنت علمتينا... يوم الشدة... كل معنى العطاء... إنت نجمة... نورت... ظلمة... سمانا... إنت بسمة... من الأمل...".
توزعت قصائد الكتاب على قسمين: القسم الأول: شعر الفصحى ويضم: 1-رجال الله، 2-الوعد، 3-الصقر، 4-الفجر، والقسم الثاني: الشعر البدوي، ويضم: 1-الأرض لنا، 2-ثُور، 3-خطار، 4-جبل شيحان، 5-رصاص الشهادة، 6-رأس الحية، 7-عروس الجنوب.
