وهذه المواضيع هي التي بحثها المؤلف في أقسام هذا الكتاب بالأولى كما أنه تطرق في القسم الأخير لتحليل بعض المسائل السياسية الأساسية في الوقت الحاضر بالاستعانة بمفاهيم ونظريات مستمدة من علم الاجتماع السياسي، ومن خلال ذلك، حاول إيضاح التفاعل بين الفكر والعمل في الحياة السياسية.
