والموحدون كغيرهم من لمذاهب تعرضوا منذ نشأتهم إلى تأويلات متعددة بشأن عقائدهم وعباداتهم، وانقسمت التأويلات بشأن المذهب التوحيدي بين وجهتي نظر، الأولى تقول إن الموحدين هم أحد المذاهب الإسلامية رغم بعض الجتهادات الخاصة بهم. والأخرى نسبت التوحيد إلى العقيدة المصرية القديمة أو إلى تأثرهم بالفكر اليوناني القديم، ثم يظهر من يطرح السؤال الأخطر من هذا. فيقول: هل الدروز مسلمون؟.
ما هي حقيقة المذهب التوحيدي وما هيعقائده وفلسفاته؟ وما سر الأساطير والروايات التي نسجت في السابق حول هذه الطائفة؟
