مقالات هذا الكتاب هي محاولة قرائية لنماذج من التناص الصوفي في الشعر العربي الحديث، من مراميها الكشف عن خصوبة هذا التفاعل الذي تتعدّد معه وجوه الوحدة النصيّة، كما تتعدّد سبل التبادل بين المستويات، وتنفتح على آفاق من التأويل، في تجدّد الحركة وتغاير قواعد الإشتباك بين النصّ المرجعي والنصّ المتناص.
ولئن كان ذلك ممّا يكسب النص الجديد طابعه المركّب، ويزيد في إمكان مقدرته الإنتاجية التي تتفاوت درجات تحقّقها إلى حدّ التمايز النوعي بين تجربة وأخرى، لهو أيضاً ممّا يهيّئ لإنطلاقة تحمل على إنتاج قواعد جديدة، بمبارحتها أفق المنجز والمعلوم، وبمحاولتها إحداث هوّة تطلّ منها على عمق المجهول، وتسرّب إشعاعها إلى جانب منه.
ويعني ذلك أنها توسّع حدود التجربة، وتفتح باباً على البعيد الممتنع المطوي هنالك في الجوانب المظلّلة من فضاء الذات والعالم.
