يعيد هذا الكتاب ملفات قديمة عن انطلاقة الريخ الثالث "أدولف هتلر" ويعرضها على القارئ، تتناول سيرة حياته منذ النشأة مروراً بنشاطه السياسي وحتى أواخر عهده.
يستند الكتاب في طرحه على ما ورد في كتاب (كفاحي) لأدولف هتلر ووثائق وملفات نادرة وذات أهمية عن سيرة هتلر تكشف النقاب عن حوادث كثيرة حصلت لهتلر في أوائل سني حياته منها كما يشير إلى ذلك المؤلف (أ. عساف) القوة الخطابية التي تمتع بها هتلر "أيقنت أنه يجب علينا أن نعتمد على فن الخطابة لأنه قوة هائلة وله تأثير سحري على النفوس والقلوب ... في كفاحنا لإنهاض ألمانيا من كبوتها ..."، أيضاً يتطرق المؤلف إلى نشوء "حزب العمال الإشتراكي الألماني، وأهدافه ودور هتلر في استمالة أعضاء حزبه وأنصاره وأعوانه "وقف هتلر يتحدث عن خنق اليهود للمسيحيين وتأييد اليهود للرأسمالية والإشتراكية ماركس، ثم هاجم البورصات والسياسة المالية المتبعة في تلك الحقبة، لساعات طويلة وبعبارات قوية نارية أثارت حماس الجمهور الحاضر". وبهذا المعنى يتوضح للقارىء سعي هتلر على سحق الحركة الماركسية الإشتراكية الشيوعية، وصبغ ألمانيا كلها بالصبغة الوطنية الإشتراكية وإصراره على تحقيق وحدة الشعوب الألمانية والآرية و "تنقية الجنس الألماني وتطهيره من كل شخص يجري في عروقه دم يهودي أو دم غير آري". وفي الكتاب ايضاً مشاهد عن أعمال الشعب في برلين حيث كانت الحكومة القائمة آنذاك تأبى الخضوع لـ (برلين) أو الرضوخ لمقرراتها، وزحف هتلر إلى برلين وإعلان الثورة ... الكثير من الوقائع والأحداث والشخصيات البارزة (السياسية) التي حفلت بها تلك الحقبة، والتي جعلت من هتلر حدثاً بارزاً يستعرضها هذا الكتاب، ويختتم صفحاته بملحق عن المعاهدات والإحتفالات التي كانت تقام لهتلر وكان يُستقبل فيها استقبال الفاتحين، وما ورد في الصحف العالمية ولا سيما الألمانية حول معاهدة (فرساي) حتى وصفته إحدى الصحف الألمانية قائلة: "الرجل الذي مزق معاهدة (فرساي)".
