فليس على العبد إلا أن يمد يده وقلبه ومشاعره وروحه إلى هذه الموائد والنعم ليتزود منها فإن خير الزاد التقوى وهي تحصل من خلال هذا الشهر الفضيل "يا أيها الذين آمنوا كتب عليكم الصيام كما كتب على الذين من قبلكم لعلكم تتقون"، فهذا الشهر فرصة كبيرة ومناسبة عظيمة للتزود منه وقد جمع هذا الكتاب جملة من الأدعية المتواترة عن أهل البيت عليهم السلام، هذا إلى جانب الأعمال المستحبة في هذا الشهر.
