وكان القصد من زبره هكذا شدّ الإنتباه، وتفتيح الأذهان، ليكون به تحصيل فائدة لكل نابهٍ لوذعي، وعالمِ علم نابغ، وأهم من ذلك كله بيان ميزة لغتنا العربية المضرية على غيرها من اللغات، بإظهار ثروة لسانها الثّر العظيم، وإبراز كنزها اللغوي الدفين القديم، كيف لا وهي القديمة قِدَمَ الدهر!! وسابقة الوجود قبل خلق الخلق !!
