"أشرقت بالقداسة الإشراق/ حتى اخترقت/ غياهب الخفاف/ من قاب قوسين/ اجتليت مداركي/ متوغلا في منتهى أنفاقي/ وإذا سرايا الضوء تعلن ثورة/ في جاهلية عزتي/ ونفاقي..." بهذه الرموز تقدم الشاعرة "إيمان دعبل" قصائدها الموسومة بـ "فراشة في دهشة الضوء" وكأنها أرادت في غموضها وضع مغاليقها في يد القارئ ليفكها. وقد اقتضى وسم العنوان أن تكون فاتحته قصيدة شعرية تغرد "في سدرة العشاق"، تنشد أمام دهشة الضوء، ليكون البدء نشيداً يربط الزمن الماضي بالحاضر، في حين يظل المستقبل زمنا مرهونا للمجهول، وللخطط المحتملة التي لا يستطيع أحد تأكيد حدوثها " ... ناجاك جبريلي/ بمعراج الرؤى/ والشعر في طي السماء براقي/ فتنزلت زمر الحروف نيازكاً/ ثم استوت عرشا/ على أوراقي (...) اقرأ ../ وسفر العتق بسم محمد/ أوليس بسم محمد/ إعتاقي؟؟".
يضم الديوان ثماني وعشرون قصيدة مختلفة تلاوينها، تدور في مناخات متعددة نذكر من عناوينها: "أول الضوء"، "قديسة الحلم السماوي"، "نجمة من نسل أحلى قمرين"، "توسل على طريقة آدم" ...الخ.
