في كتابه هذا يؤكد الكاتب "محمد بن ابراهيم على الله آل لطيف" على كا جاء من اعتقاد أهل السنة والجماعة في "لزوم حب العرب وأنه من الإيمان وإن بغضهم سبب للطغيان وأن غشهم وبغضهم من النفاق ومانعاً من الشفاعة يوم الدين، لأن حبهم حب للرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم...". ويستند الكاتب في هذا إلى الأحاديث الشريفة ومنها قوله صلى الله عليه وسلم لسلمان الفارسي "يا سليمان لا تبغضني فتفارق دينك". قلت يا رسول الله كيف أبغضك وبك هذاني الله؟ قال: "تبغض العرب فتبغضني".
يعتبر الكاتب أن هناك صفات ربانية خص بها العرب ففضلتهم هذه الخصائص على غيرهم مثل خروج الرسول الكريم منهم وكذلك لأن خير الكتب وأتمها وأكملها القرآن العظيم نزل بلغتهم تكريماً لهم الجنس ولأن كلام أهل الجنة عربي وقد جاءت بهذا أحاديث...
لا يقتصر الكاتب على ذكر فضائل قبيلة قريش العظيمة بمبادئها وأخلاقها ولغتها.. بل جعل فصلاً عن بني هاشم خير بيوت الأرض التي خرج فيها بني الأمة وخاتمها، ثم جعل فصلاً آخر عن فضائل آل البيت وهم الخاصة من بني هاشم، أبناء بنته الطاهرة فاطمة رضي الله عنها وزوجها أحد العشرة المبشرين بالجنة "علي بن أبي طالب" وآل بيته بفروعهم الخمسة.
يتوزع الكتاب في أربعو فصول: الفصل الأول عن مكة واشتقاق اسمها وارتباط مكة وقريش وفضائل مكة وأقوال مختصرة عن أهلها. أما الفصل الثاني فيه نبذة عن أربعة رجال من قريش بدأ بهم تاريخ مكة الحقيقي وهم قصي بن كلاب، هاشم بن عبد مناف، عبد المطلب بن هاشم، أبو طالب بن عبد المطلب عم الرسول الكريم محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، ثم الفصل الثالث وهو عن بطون قريش والعلاقة بينها ومكانة قريش عند رسول الله ثم بعض مآثر قريش، ويأتي الفصل الرابع والأخير عن بعض مآثر آل البيت ويضم آيات وأحاديث وشواهد على بقاء البيت العلوي الهاشمي إلى آخر الدهر حتى خروج المهدي عليه السلام.
