وهو الكاتب "ناصر الملا" الذي تناولت أقلام كثيرة بهدف قراءة مسرحيته فقد تحدث الشاعر الناقد "خليل عوير" جريدة الراي الكويتية عن الرواية: "ناصر الملا يقدم لنا مسرحاً درامياً تراجيدياً لا يخلو من الكوميديا الساخرة، فمسرحية الأبله يوبخ خزعلانة تنساب تلقيائياً مع لسان شخصياتها التي تنبش في التاريخ الأفريقي وتحديداً في مجاهل مملكة اكسوم".
كما قدم المخرج الكويتي الراحل "كنعان حمد" فيقول: "القضية في مسرحية الأبله يوبخ خزعلانة ليست قضية صياد أفريقي يخرج عن معتقد القبيلة المقدس بغية أن يستقل في ذاته ويصبو إلى طموحه في مدينة لاليبلا لكن الرفض - رفض أسلوب السلطة هو من دعا غيرانا لأن يختلف مع قبيلته ومدينته".
"مسرحية الأبله يوبخ خزعلانة" ما هي إلا صرخة المظلوم في وجه المستبد، فتقرئها على أنها مسرحية تاريخية ولكنها بحقيقة الأمر مسرحية واقعية تلمس جرح الإنسان العربي عن بعد.
