Book Description
نصّت (إتفاقية حقوق الطفل 1989) على حقوق الطفل كافة، وهي كثيرة ومتنوعة، ولكن واقع حال الأطفال في العالم مأساوي يعاني منه أطفال العالم، سواء كانوا في الدول المتقدمة أو في دول العالم الثالث أو الدول الفقيرة، حيث يموت ملايين الأطفال سنوياً جزاء تعرضهم للأمراض الفتّاكة، والجوع وسوء التغذية، وزجهم في حروب وصراعات (لا ناقة لهم فيها ولا جمل) فضلاً عن الأمية وتدهور البيئة، وغيرها.
من هنا، سعت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرّف على حقوق الطفل وحماياته، على وفق ما تضمنته إتفاقية حقوق الطفل 1989.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، هدفت الدراسة إلى لفت نظر المجتمع الدولي بعامة والدول الأطراف بخاصة بضرورة الإلتزام الجاد بتنفيذ مواد الإتفاقية وبنودها، حتى لا تصبح الإتفاقية مجرد (حبر على ورق). وقد قدم المؤلف بعض المقترحات لعلها تعالج بعض تلك المآسي والإنتهاكات التي يعيشون فيها ويتعرضون إليها.
وعليه فقد احتوت هذه الدراسة على مقدمة وقسمين في ستة فصول:
تضمن الفصل الأول (الأبعاد الأساسية للدراسة) في أربع فقرات، هي: (ما تضمنته الإتفاقية من حقوق وحمايات) و (ميثاق الطفل في الإسلام) و (أهمية إتفاق حقوق الطفل) و (تحديد المصطلحات).
وتطرق الفصل الثاني إلى (حقوق الطفل) في خمس فقرات أيضاً، هي: (حقه في الغذاء) و (حقه في الصحة) و (حقه في التعليم) و (حقه في الراحة ووقت الفراغ) و (حق المرأة / الأم/ وحمايتها).
وتناول الفصل الثالث (حمايات الطفل) في خمس فقرات أيضاً ، هي: حمايات الطفل الخاصة بالعمل) و (حمايته من التحرش الجنسي) و (حمايته من العنف) و (حمايته من آثار الحروب والصراعات) و (أرقام أخرى مخيفة وتبعث على القلق).
أما القسم الثاني من الدراسة فقد احتوى على ثلاثة فصول أيضاً، هي الفصل الرابع والخامس والسادس.
تطرق الفصل الرابع إلى (أحوال أطفال العالم لعام / 2009) ضمن ست مناطق، لكل منطقة عدد من البلدان ليكون مجموع تلك البلدان (36 بلداً).
وتطرق الفصل الخامس إلى (أحوال أطفال العالم لعام / 2010) ضمن ست مناطق أيضاً، لكل منطقة عدد من البلدان ليكون مجموع تلك البلدان (28 بلداً).
وتطرق الفصل السادس إلى (أحوال أطفال العالم لعام /2011) ضمن ست مناطق أيضاً لكل منطقة عدد من البلدان ليكون مجموع تلك البلدان (36 بلداً).
