نحن هنا نسلط الضوء على التغطية الإخبارية في الصحافة الإلكترونية "موقع الجزيرة نت" التابع لفضائية الجزيرة المتخصصة بالأخبار للوقوف على السياسة التحرير للأخبار، والتقارير الإخبارية ومدى تدخل الإتجاه والعوامل الشخصية المعنية في نقل الأخبار... وقد اخترنا الأخبار والتقارير الإخبارية للأشهر الثلاثة الأخيرة من عام 2006 على أساس الأحداث السياسية الكبيرة التي حدثت في الساحة العراقية حيث شملت أحداث عنف كبير بعد تسلم الحكومة التي شكلت لأربع سنوات إضافة إلى ما شهدته الساحة السياسية من محاكمة رئيس النظام السابق قبل 2003 (قبل الإحتلال) وأصدر حكم ضده وتنفيذ حكم الإعدام.
وقد استطاع المؤلف الحصول معلومات إستمارة الإستبيان بعد إرسالها عبر الإنترنت لأحد الزملاء المتواجدين في قطر الذي قام بتوزيع الإستمارة على العاملين في الموقع وإستردادها وإرسالها لغرض تحليلها.
نأمل من هذا المؤلف المتواضع أن يترك بصمة بين المؤلفات القيمة الموجودة في هذا الميدان وأن يساهم بشكل واضح في رفد المسيرة العلمية بالحقائق والمعلومات.
