إن البيان هو من أخص خصائص التمايز البشري عن غيره من المخلوقات، ولأن اللغة هي الأداة التي تنبض بالحياة ليتمكن الإنسان من إثراء حياته وتحقيق أهدافه ورغباته الذاتية والمجتمعية، ولأن السياسة هي الوعاء الذي تجتمع وتتلاقح فيه الخبرات البشرية في تسيير شؤونها وتدبير أحوالها؛ كانت دراسة العلاقات بين هذه الحقول المختلفة من الضرورات المعرفية الملحة والتي سعت الدراسة هنا لتحقيقها.
جاءت هذه الأطروحة الأكاديمية، من مركز نماء، ليبرز فيها المؤلف الأثر الذي قد تكون السياسة أحدثته في اللغة العربية بالتحديد، على مستوى البنى والتراكيب وطرق النحت والإستحداث المفرداتي اللغوي.
كما سعى المؤلف لبيان تاريخ علاقات التأثير والتأثر بين المحيط السياسي والدراسات اللغوية المختلفة، فضلاً عن تولد المصطلحات وتغير البنى والدلالات اللغوية بتأثير الواقع السياسي.
كما سعى المؤلف لتبين أدوات السياسة اللغوية، ومناهجها في توظيف اللغة لصالح متطلبات السياسة وحاجاتها، ولم يفت المؤلف أن يجعل ذلك ضمن منهج مقارن في بعض الجوانب مع اللغات الأخرى دون الإقتصار على العربية؛ إذ قد تختص العربية بخصائص تحجب أحد الجوانب التأثير والتأثر في لغة أخرى إذا أهملت المقارنة.
هذه دراسة رائدة، ومهمة، يأمل المركز أن يضيف نشرها إضافة جديدة ومؤثرة للتراكم المعرفي في هذا الحقل.
