و قد رجعنا إلى أمهات كتب الفقه على اختلاف مذاهبه المعتمدة، وكتب الوصايا والمواريث، القديم منها والحديث وأشرنا إلى معظمها في الهامش كلما اقتضى الأمر لذلك ولا نحسب أننا أتينا في هذا العمل بجديد وإنما هو للسابقين وليد.
