يمثل هذا الكتاب أهم مساهمة علمية في مجال علم الإدارة بخاصة، وفي مجال العلوم الإنسانية بعامة، وتتمثل هذه المساهمة في:
أولاً: التأكيد على عملية الظواهر الإنسانية بما فيها الظاهرة الإدارية، والتوصل إلى نتيجة غاية في الأهمية مفادها؛ إن العلوم الإنسانية هي علوم القيم، وإن علم الإدارة هو علم القيم، وهذا ما يثبت بطلان كل ما قدمه المفكرون السابقون على إختلاف أيديولوجياتهم، حيث اعتبروا أن إختلاط الظواهر الإنسانية بالقيم هو السبب في نفي علميتها، وإعتبار القيم تحريفاً للوعي.
ثانياً: تفنيد النظريات والمساهمات الفكرية التي شهدها حقل الإدارة، وتأكيد عجزها عن فهم طبيعة الظاهرة الإدارية، وعن تحديد وحدة بنائها الأساسية، مما أدى إلى عجزها عن بناء النظرية العلمية في الإدارة، وعن بناء النموذج الإداري العالمي.
ثالثاً: إبراز إخفاقات المفكرين والباحثين في الكشف عن المنهج العلمي الذي ينبغي بحث الظواهر الإنسانية بالإستناد إليه، والتأكيد على أن المنهج العقيدي (الإسلامي) هو المنهج الكلي الوحيد الذي يقدم منهجيات فرعية محددة وواضحة للتعامل مع كل دوائر المعرفة وموضوعاتها تعاملاً علمياً دقيقاً.
رابعاً: مناقشة النماذج الإدارية الرئيسة، وإبراز إخفاقاتها في أن تكون نماذج علمية قابلة للتعميم، وإبراز النموذج العقيدي (الإسلامي) بإعتباره النموذج العلمي العالمي (نموذج التفوق)، أو نموذج الإدارة بالقيم (Management By Values).
خامساً: تقديم بناء كلي متكامل لنظرية الإدارة العلمية، وإعتبار ذلك مدخلاً أساسياً ووحيداً لبناء النظريات العلمية في مجال الظواهر الإنسانية بلا إستثناء.
