بين يدي القارىء نسخة من كتاب " الموطأ " للإمام مالك بن انس الأصبحي المتوفى سنة 179ه ، برواية يحي بن يحي الليثي عنه ، وهي نسخة كُتبت بمالقة ( المغرب ) سنة 667ه ، وقوبلت على أصول نفيسة وسُمعت على أعلام الأندلس . قدم لها وعرَّ بمحتوياتها الأستاذ " نظام محمد صالح يعقوبي " ، بعد أن وصف النسخة ( قد تآكلت أطرافها ) ، ومحل نسخها ( مالقة ) ، وناسخها .. علي بن عبد الله بن محمد الأموي المالقي الشهير بالمرسي وبالتياني " ، ثم ذكر ما عليها من سماعات ومقابلات وتصحيحات ، على سبيل الإختصار ، لينتقل إلى عرض النسخة الأصلية ( المخطوط ) في ( 161 ) صفحة ، ليتبيّن للقارىء مدى الجهد المبذول في شرحها وإخراجها لتوفيرها للباحثين والمطلعين وطلبة الحديث النبوي الشريف جزاه الله كل خير .
