من المعلوم أن الفقه الإسلامي من أسمى العلوم قدراً, وأعظمها نفعاً, وهو بين العلوم الشرعية بموقع القلب من الجسد, فهو محور حياة المسلم, تتبين فيه معالم الحلال والحرام, فيكون الناس على هدى من أمرهم, وتتحقق سعادتهم في الدنيا والآخرة. وإن ما يسمى في كتب الفقه الإسلامي بالفتاوى, هي من أهم الكتب الفقهية, ذلك لأنها تفصح عن مسائل دقيقة الموضوع, يعسر وجودها في كتب الفقه المتداولة, كما أنها ذات صبغة من أعمال الناس اليومية, كالعبادات والمعاملات, وفيها نجد آراء واجتهادات قد تكون غير مسبوقة, لأنها وليدة الحاجات والظروف. وكتب الفتاوى من الناحية العلمية جديرة بالاهتمام لأنها تربط بين الفقه وأصوله, وسائر العلوم الشرعية, ثم بين الحكم الشرعي وصورته العملية, لحل الأزمات المستعصية والمعضلات المتراكمة. وقد تضمنت الفتاوى أسئلة تتعلق بأحوال الناس قديماً وحديثاً, فضلاً عن بعض القضايا الفقهية التي يجدر الاطلاع عليها, وقد أجاد الإمام- رحمه الله تعالى- في الإجابة عليها بدقة وإتقان, بوصفه فقيهاً وأصولياً فذاً.
الغزالي: هو محمد بن محمد بن أحمد, الإمام حجة الإسلام, زين الدين, أبو حامد الغزالي. ولد بطوس في إقليم خراسان سنة خمسين وأربعمئة. فهو ينتمي الى أسرة متدينة محبة للعلم والعلماء, نشأ الغزالي محباً للعلم, وكان من أهم مؤلفاته: أبيات النظر, أخلاق النبوة وآداب ال
