لكننا لا زلنا بحاجة إلى محاولة تسعى إلى إلتماس سبل الإصلاح من خلال نظرة شمولية لطبيعة العلاقات العربية قائمة على إدراك خصائص هذه الأمة وخصوصياتها، سالكة سبيل الفهم والمناقشة والتأمل والنظر، هادفة إلى إشاعة مفاهيم وتعميم أفكار وإيجاد وعي بحقائق الواقع وتحسبات المستقبل.
