ترجم شعره إلى الإنكليزية والفرنسية والأسبانية والإيطالية والألمانية.

"هل تهمسين بكلمة... هل تحطمت على فمك صدفة؟ هل ارتعشت عظامك لحظة، أم الدمعة الأخيرة تقرع في حجر القلب، أنت صور التي سقطت، من جيب التاريخ، كيف تبقين على الرمال، كالعلبة الضائعة، من يدفعك ثانية إلى البحر من يحمل شجرة إلى شوارعك المسقوفة، ما زال الصيد متصلاً على جبينك، وجبينك ينتن من رائحة الصيد، والدماء الباردة، ما زالوا يخوفون التلاميذ من البحر، والصيادين من الكتب، نحن الذين نتكلم من جثتك، نفتح نوافذك في رمتك المتصخرة، نرى الدماء تنزل من العصي، والسكاكين وورق اللعب، لكن نبقى إلى أن يصل التيار إلى أن يلامس قلبك".
