عنوان هذا الكتاب هو "نحو تعليم وتدريب إداريين فعالين: حالات إدارية عربية، منهجية ونماذج منتقاة". وهو يضم بين دفتيه 26 حالة إدارية كتبها المؤلف واستخدمها في تدريسه بالجامعة وتدريبه في جماعات متدربة مختلفة المستويات ليس فقط في الأردن بل وفي معظم أقطار الوطن العرب الكبير. والكتاب يتكون من جزئين رئيسيين الجزء الأول ويتضمن المنهجية، وتضم العناوين الفرعية التالية: تحديد مفهوم الحالة الإدارية، خلفية تاريخية عن الحالات الإدارية. مزايا الحالة الإدارية، موقع الحالة الإدارية في أساليب التدريس والتدريب الإداريين، إطاران فكريان لتعلم واستخدام الحالة الإدارية، وكيفية كتابة الحالة الإدارية، مواصفات الحالة الإدارية الجيدة.
الجزء الثاني فيضم حالات إدارية قام المؤلف بإعدادها لتغطي الموضوعات المألوفة في حقل الإدارة. وهذه الموضوعات وحسب ترتيبها الذي تعالجه الحالة هي: العمليات الإدارية المتعاقبة وهي: التخطيط، التنظيم، التوظيف، القيادة والإشراف، الرقابة. العمليات الإدارية المستمرة وهي: اتخاذ القرارات، الاتصال، البيئة الخارجية للمنظمة، النظرية الموقفية، تفويض السلطة، الإدارة بالأهداف، إدارة الوقت وإدارة الاجتماعات، ديناميات لجماعة التدريب الاستشارات الإدارية، ونظراً لارتباط الموضوعات في الإدارة ارتباطاً يصعب فصله، فقد رأى المؤلف للجزء الثاني بوضع مصفوفة تتكون من بعدين هما: عنوان وأرقام الحالة الإدارية وموضوع الحالة الإدارية. ويستطيع أي معلم أو مدري أن يختار الحالة التي تتناسب والموضوع الذي يتناوله.
