وفي هذا المجال يشرح الكتاب طرق علاج الأمراض ويقدم للقارئ وصفات نافعة يمكن تحضيرها بالمنزل بالاعتماد على الأعشاب. ومن الأمراض التي يتعرض لها هذا الكتاب: الأسنان، ألم الشقيقة (الميغران)، نقص الاستروجين، نقص المعادن في الجسم، الأمراض العصبية، العجز الجنسي، الشعر والأظافر، حب الشباب، التشققات، الصدفية، الحروق، التعرق، الكوليسترول، الصداع، الرشح (الزكام)، آلام الأذن، الجيوب الأنفية، العيون، النقرس، البروستاتا، التهاب الكبد الوبائي، المرارة، الطحال، البدانة، البواسير وغيرها.
إلى ذلك، يقدم الكتاب "سلطات خاصة بجميع الأمراض" ومنها للإمساك والنفخة وللسمنة والقرحة، وسلطة بمرضى السكري، والكبد والمرارة والقولون والبواسير.
أيضاً يقدم الكتاب علاجاً للعقم للمرأة والرجل، وغير ذلك من علاجات تتعلق بفقدان الذاكرة (الزهايمر)، والكهرياء في الدماغ، والفاريز، والبهاق، وداء اللقوة (شلل نصف الوجه)، وضعف السمع، والتجاعيد، وعسر البول، التهابات النساء... وأخيراً ملحق (صورة) بأهم النباتات الوارد ذكرها في الكتاب.
قررت أن آتي بالعلاج من عقر دار أهل الإختصاص مستفيداً مع الناس من خبراتهم وتجاربهم اليومية, وهؤلاء بعيدين تماماً عن الإعلام وليسوا بحاجته ليميزهم في هذا العالم الجميل.
