يضم هذا الكتاب دراسةً فقهيّةً للمعاملات المالية التي تدخل تحت باب المنهيّات الشرعية، ومن المعلوم أنّ الشرع ما نهى عن شيءٍ إلا لضرر ينشأ عن فعله في النفس البشرية، أو في الحياة الإنسانية.
وقد كان عمل المؤلف في هذه الدراسة الفقهيّة الشرعية على وضع العنوان وتعريفه بعبارةٍ واضحةٍ سهلةٍ، ثمّ بين دليل جواز أصل المسألة، ثمّ عدد المنهيّات التي تدخل تحت العنوان بالدليل من القرآن الكريم، والسنّة الشريفة، أو الإجماع، أو غير ذلك من الأدلة المعتبرة عند أهل السنّة والجماعة.
كما عمل على تخرج الأحاديث، وبيان صحّتها، ثم شرح الآيات والأحاديث إتماماً للفائدة.
