من العنوان "فوضاي" ندرك ثقل الإحساس بالزمن الرديء الذي تتحرك عبره قصائد الشاعر "علي القاسمي" وإلى إنشطارات الذات وانعكاسها على الواقع المرير الذي تتعرض له أنا الشاعر عبر تمظهرات مستورة باللغة.. في استدراج المفارقة والسخرية والضاد والتوازي، هذه المقاربات التي تحفل بها شعرية النص تشير إلى الحيرة والفوضى التي تعم حياة إنسان عصرنا، والتي هي عناصر تناقضات الواقع المتقاطعة مع جماليات الحياة، فتشرك هذه الموجهات في عنصري الإستذكار والتخييل عند الشاعر/، وتبني معانيها عبر تحرير الذات من عبوديتها لما سترى في النصوص. "أحلم بأن أقضي مساءً واحداً/ دون أن أسحب/ لميدان تفكير رحب/ تكثر فيه الأفكار/ وتتوزع به الأحلام/ تتمدد فيه الجراح/ وتعثر الخطى../ أحلم بلحظات هانئة/ دون أن تمتزقني/ حبال التفكير!!، بهذا النفس وبتلك الروح ينثر علي القاسمي قصائده التي قال عنها: باختصار هي نصوص قيدت ضد مجهول برغم أنه معلوم لروحي".
