هذا الموجز الذي بين يدي القارئ المحترم هو مجموعة أو خلاصة الأحكام الشرعية التي تتعلّق بالآل، أي آل الرسول الكريم صلى الله عليه وسلم، ولعلّه اول كتاب أُلّف حول الموضوع بإستقلالية، بينما يوجد ذكر بعض الأحكام المختصّة بآل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ضمن المباحث الحقوقية والمالية فقط، كالخمس والزكاة والصدقات ونحوها، بينما توجد أحكام أخرى تتعلّق بهؤلاء السادة الأشراف الذين خصّهم الله تعالى بالميزات المعنوية والروحانية والتي لاحظّ لأحد فيها غيرهم، ففي هذه الوجيزة ذكر المؤلّف عدداً منها، والحال أن لهذه الأحكام ذيول تحتاج إلى الشرح والبسط وذلك موكول إلى محلّه، وأما البحث عن المصاديق الحقيقية للآل في ضوء المعنى المصطلح للكلمة فله ايضاً ذيل طويل نظراً إلى الآيات القرآنية المباركة والأحاديث النبوية الشريفة.
