هذا أمر له وجاهته دون شك، لكنه يبقى طرحاً تجزيئياً وإختزالياً، ولا يتعامل مع الإشكال في شموليته الواسعة، أي في إطار تموجات الإعلام أو فضاءات الإعلام الجديد، وقد بات مجالاً شاسعاً، ومخترقاً لكل الحدود الجغرافية أو القانونية، ومحتكماً إلى منظومة في الفعل تنهل من مرجعيات السوق الحر والمفتوح، وتتخذ من حرية التعبير في المجال الإعلامي والسياسي والإقتصادي والثقافي فلسفة معتمدة وتشكل إطاراً عاماً لمكونات ومتطلبات الإعلام الجديد.
