غالب أبو مصلح، كاتب لبناني.
تخرّج من كلية الاقتصاد في الجامعة الأميركية في بيروت، حيث عمِل أستاذاً مساعداً في الأبحاث الاقتصادية، ثم الأبحاث السياسية.
التحق بمصرف لبنان سنة 1964 كخبير اقتصادي، وعمِل مستشاراً للحاكم (ميشال خوري ثم إدمون نعيم) ثم مديراً للتسليف ومديراً بالوكالة للإحصاءات والدراسات الاقتصادية، ثم مديراً للتفتيش والتطوير، ثم مديراً للإعداد والتدريب.
له مؤلفات، منها: • الدروز في ظل الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، منشورات مكتبة العرفان، بيروت 1975.
• التضخم وإعادة توزيع المدخرات والمداخيل، منشورات مصرف لبنان.
• أزمة الاقتصاد اللبناني، الواقع والحلول، دار الحمراء، بيروت 2007.
• حقيقة العصر (مع عصام نعمان)، شركة المطبوعات للتوزيع والنشر، بيروت 2009.
Book Description
كان للقرار الأميركي - "الإسرائيلي" بإجتياح لبنان سنة 1982 أهداف إستراتيجية أميركية، وتوسعية "إسرائيلية"؛ مهدت أميركا لهذا الإجتياح سياسياً وعسكرياً ودبلوماسياً، على الصعد العالمية والإقليمية والمحلية كافة.
وتصدت المقاومة في الجبل لهذا العدو المركّب، بهدف إفشال إستهدافاته وتحرير الأرض، وبناء لبنان الديمقراطي اليساري العربي، المتجاوز لجميع أشكال الطائفية والإستتباع والظلم الإجتماعي.
بغية التصدي لهذا العدو المركّب، عملت المقاومة لأن تكون جزءاً من تحالف محلي وإقليمي ودولي، وخاضت معارك شرسة، إستطاعت فيها إستنزاف العدو الصهيوني، وهزيمة "القوات اللبنانية" والجيش الفئوي، وتفكيكه؛ وذلك خلال أربع سنوات من القتال، تحملت فيها المقاومة الكثير، بما فيه قصف البوارج والطائرات الأميركية.
ورغم كل التضحيات والإنتصارات الميدانية، تم إسقاط هدف تغيير النظام، وأعادت القوى الإقليمية والدولية المسيطرة بناء النظام، على أسوأ مما كان، وبذلك، تمت هزيمة أهداف المقاومين في تحرير الإنسان، وليس الأرض فحسب.
يتحدث هذا الكتاب، ببعض التفصيل، عن الصراع العسكري والسياسي والثقافي، الذي خاضت جماهير الجبل غماره، بمشاركة حلفائها المحليين والإقليميين، ضد عدو مركّب يستهدف وجودها، ناهيك عن تاريخها وحريتها وكرامتها.
