يرشح نص الشاعر حسام بركي (مقامات) عن مستويات أدائية تعبيرية متعددة وثرية تعمد إلى تخليق المعاني في صيغ عنقودية، متحركة بحس درامي يحرك مكنوناته في حركة دائرية، تختصر منظومة كونية شعرية يبدو أنها خارج حدود التأويل ووظائفه "بين تفاصيل الجنون / أبعثر كلماتي كالنردِ على خشب الظنون / لوحة هنا .. / ضمّة هناك / وقافية تبحث عن ضوء العيون / لتلبس القصيدة شالها / وترتب الكلام ..." إن القارىء لنص الشاعر بركي هنا، لا بد له من تفكيك مكوناته كلها وإحالاته النصية، ليجدها متشظية في فضاء تداولي للغة، ما يعني ثمة علاقة بين المنظور اللغوي واللامنظور في مقامات الشاعر، وهذا ما ينسحب على المعاني ومنظومة الإنزياحات في الخطاب الشعري أيضاً.
في القصيدة المعنونة (صلاة) نقرأ للشاعر:
"قبل الموت .. / بعد الصراح .. / في أول العبور .. / نرش أغنياتنا في الندى / نبضاً للنهار / ونقيمُ في المدى / صلاة وحوار ...".
يضم الكتاب خمسة وثلاثين قصيدة نثرية جاءت تحت العناوين الآتية: "مقامات" ، "من أورثني هذا الرعب" ، "هارب من هنا" ، "صراخ في مقابر عابرة" ، "تعاويذ منسية" ، "عربة بيضاء" ، "نبيذ المكان" ، "رأي في الحب" ، "سفر منسي" (...) وعناوين أخرى.
