بعد رحلة طويلة من البحث حاولت أن أساهم ولو بشكل بسيط في تسليط الضوء على هذه القبيلة العريقة التي أفتخر بالإنتماء لها، ليس من باب التفاخر والعصبية القبلية، ولا من باب البحث عن النسب وتأكيده وإنما من باب المعرفة والتوثيق، فقد بدأت رحلة البحث منذ العام 2012، وكانت صعبة لغياب التدوين وقلة المعلومات، وبالرغم من ذلك حاولت أن أبذل الجهد من خلال البحث في الكتب والمراجع وبمساعدة المهتمين من أبناء القبيلة.
لا بد من التأكيد أن هذا الكتاب ليس موجهاً لأحد، ولا يُقصد به الإنحياز والتفاخر بالنسب والتمجيد ولا الإهانة أو التقليل من شأن أيّ أحد أو أي قبيلة ورد ذكرها في حادثة ما حصلت في الماضي، ولا يُقصد من ذكرها إلا التوثيق لا أكثر، فكلنا إخوة تجمعنا عقيدتنا، ولا فضل لأحد على آخر إلا بالتقوى؛ وبالنتيجة هو عمل بشري قد لا يخلو من الخطأ، وكما قال عبد الرحمن الكواكبي: هذا جهدي، وللناقد الفاضل أن يأتي قومه بخير منه.
