"أجلس على شباك خوفي أطوح قدمي في الهواء، والعب أرجوحة النسيان. كلماتي قصيرة كدقة الجرس حين لا يفتح الباب أحد الجميع مولع بربط الصرر وتعليقها على حافة الحرمان والنغم. الصرر في بيتنا كثيرة ولا تحتوي على شيء نزرعها فقط لنرتكن إليها بدلاً من الصور. الصرر كثيرة في القلب. أجلس على حافة النافذة، وأدخن أنفاسي كطفلة وحيدة كطفلة سعيدة في ساحة العطب. الأنوثة تتسلل إلي مثل خدر ناعم مثل سكير يحلم بعطر امرأة الأنوثة تتسلل إلي ولا تأخذني إليها. كالسكين نولد مرتين مرة وأنا أخرج منك ومرة وأنت تأخذني إليك. من سنطالع في وجه هذا الصباح البارد الأعزل صباح يمكنني طي ذراعه بنظرة واحدة والناس عندي الرائحة. وجه يحمل طعم البحار ووجه آخر شكل الغبار، ورائحة الأغطية".
