وسنتناول البحث في الأحكام التفصيلية لإعادة المحاكمة في ثلاثة فصول نخصص الأول للتعريف به وبشروطه ونبحث في الثاني رفع دعوى الإعادة بضمنها الخصومة في دعوى الإعادة والمحكمة المختصة بها وإجراءات إقامتها، وفي الفصل الثالث نعرض لنظر إعادة المحاكمة والفصل فيه.
