في هذا المؤلف البحث في التطبيقات العملية لبعض النصوص القانونية التي تكتسب أهمية كبرى، من جهة انها أكثر النصوص القانونية دقة، وتطبيقاً، وأعمقها أسراراً، وحرصنا على أن نختار منها عناوين لم يكتب بها سابقاً، أو كتب بها على عجل بغير بحث دقيق عميق، رغم أن بها قضاء غزير، وفروض ووقائع قد لا تقف عن حد ما، فتناولنا في الدرس الأول من هذا المؤلف (الخصم في الدعاوى التي تقام على الميت أو له)، وبحثنا في الدرس الثاني منه (إشارة عدم التصرف).
وفي الدرس الثالث تناولنا بالدراسة والبحث التفصيلي العلاقة بين دعوى إزالة شيوع العقار ودعوى تمليكه، وفي الدرس الرابع بحثنا في (تسجيل اللقيط او مجهول النسب في سجلات الأحوال المدنية)، وبحثنا في الدرس الخامس في (أتعاب المحاماة التي يحكم بها للطرف الرابح للدعوى على الطرف الخاسر لها)، وتناولنا في الدرس السادس موضوع (إستيفاء المرأة مهرها المؤجل مقوماً بالذهب) وفي الدرس السابع (قوانين إيجار العقار بين مبررات تشريعها وضرورات إلغائها) أما الدرس الثامن فقد بحثنا في (حرية العراقيين في الإلتزام بأحوالهم الشخصية).
وكنا في كل البحوث المذكورة حريصين على تضمين المواضع المناسبة إجتهادات وقرارات القضاء سواء ما صدر من محكمة التمييز الإتحادية أو محاكم الإستئناف بصفتها التمييزية، فيما توفر لنا من تلك الإجتهادات والقرارات.
