أما الفصل الثاني كان بعنوان: الدور الاجتماعي للتلاميذ في المدرسة ويتضمن: مفهوم الدور الاجتماعي ومميزاته واكتسابه وطرق تعلمه ومراحل نموه ومفاهيمه وتوزيعه، المكانة الاجتماعية..
أما الفصل الثالث كان بعنوان العلاقات الاجتماعية داخل المدرسة وخارجها ويتضمن: مفهوم العلاقات وتعريفها وعناصرها وأهميتها وأهدافها ومبادئها وعوامها وأنواعها، الهيئات التنظيمية والسلطة والقوة المدرسية، بناء الدور وخصائصه في المدرسة ومنظور التفاعل الاجتماعي في المدرسة...
أما الفصل الرابع بعنوان: التنشئة السياسية في المدرسة ويتضمن: تعريفها وعلاقتها بالتربية، المشاركة السياسية والقيادة، الإعداد للمشاركة السياسية (داخل وخارج المدرسة)...
