لم تكن الأنظمة في الإتحاد السوفييتي والبلدان الاشتراكية الأخرى آنية خزفية سقطت بالمصادفة فتحطمت وتناثرت وانتهى الأمر.. بل كانت الانهيارات الكبرى التي شهدتها نهاية القرن الماضي عملية تاريخية شديدة القرن الماضي عملية تاريخية شديدة التعقيد. وهي ستبقى، الى زمن غير قصير، مادة للدراسة والبحث تشغل كثيرين من مفكري العالم، اشتراكيين وغير اشتراكيين.. رغم كل مساعي الآلة الثقافية الرأسمالية العالمية الساعية بجهد للتعمية على هذه الحقبة وطيها في غياهب النسيان، استكمالاً ل"الانتصار" الذي حققته وتريد تكريسه كنهاية للتاريخ!!
فثمة من سيبقى، الى فترة طويلة، يعطي كل الاهتمام للنتائج العملية المتحققة حالياً، بهدف ترسيخ "انتصار" المسار "الديمقراطي الليبرالي الجديد" المتفلت من كل الكوابح السابقة، وخدمة القوى الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المستفيدة منه على كل الصعد المحلية والدولية، محاولاً الإيحاء بأن ما جرى هو الحتمية التي لم يكن هناك مفرّ منها.. يقابله من يركز كل الاهتمام على البحث عن مآس وفجوات في الواقع الراهن نفسه، لإثارة الحنين الى ما كان قائماً في السابق وتبرئته من كل الشوائب والشرور التي تنسب إليه وتزيين الارتداد الى الخلف، معتبراً أن كل ما جرى لم يكن غير مؤامرة دولية ساعدتها ظروف استثنائية!!
