ظهر في الآونة الأخيرة ما يسمى (بالإقتصاد الخفي) وهي ظاهرة خطيرة ذات آثار سلبية ضارة تؤدي إلى اضطراب الأسواق وعدم الإستقرار وتدمر الإقتصاد وتعوق الإستثمار، كما تؤدي إلى انهيار البنوك المتورطة في تسهيل عمليات غسل المال، مما حدا بالدول على تكاتفها وعمل (الإتفاقات الدولية) للحد من تلك الظاهرة- وإلى سن الدول للتشريعات لمكافحتها- بعد أن أدى نمو تلك الظاهرة (أي غسيل الأموال) إلى ظهور طائفة جديدة من (المجرمين) تؤدي خدمات إلى مرتكبي (الجرائم المنظمة) وتضم (المحامين والمحاسبين ورجال الأعمال)، لذا نقسم هذا الكتاب (مكافحة ظاهرة غسل الأموال القذرة) إلى تسعة أبواب كالآتي: (الباب الأول: نتحدث عن ماهية غسل المال القذرة؟ ، الباب الثاني: نتحدث عن خطورة المال القذر على المجتمع والإقتصاد القومي، الباب الثالث: نقسمه إلى سبعة فصول "الفصل الأول: نتحدث فيه عن أسباب ظهور ظاهرة غسل المال القذر، الفصل الثاني: نتحدث فيه عن طرق وأساليب غسل المال القذر، الفصل الثالث: نتحدث عن مراحل غسل المال القذر الثلاثة، الفصل الرابع: نتحدث عن الحكمة والداعي لتجريم غسل المال القذر، الفصل الخامس: نبين فيه وسائل كشف المال القذر الذي ينبغي على موظف البنك معرفتها والإبلاغ والإخطار إلى المختصين والسلطات المعنية، الفصل السادس: نتحدث فيه عن الصعوبات التي تواجه مكافحة عمليات غسل المال القذر، الفصل السابع: نتحدث فيه عن التدابير الوقائية لمكافحتها"، الباب الرابع: نتحدث فيه عن الأموال القذرة في "مصر").
