كانت الزيارات تحت مظلة رئاسة البحوث العلمية والإفتاء والدعوة والإرشاد فمن عام 1385هـ حتى شهر رجب 1417هـ اثنان وثلاثون عاماً كنت في الخدمة الحكومية وفي المجال الشرعي الديني وبالأخص الدعوي فها هو الجزء الرابع من مذكرات وذكريات ستون عاماً في سبع وخمسين دولة سبق هذا الجزء الحديث عن دول آسيوية وأخرى أفريقية.
