الجريمة الجنسية جريمة لها عدة جوانب اجتماعية واقتصادية ودينية ونفسية فهى تباح لفشل مؤسسات المجتمع جميعا فى تهذيب النفس البشرية .. إن المشكلة الأساسية وراء الجرائم الجنسية هى عدم اهتمام الاسره بصورة كافية بالأبناء وانشغال الوالدين عنهم فاما أن تحدث لهم هذه الاعتداءات أو يقومون بها هم أنفسهم .. ويترتب على هذه الجرائم الكثير من المضاعفات النفسية والعقلية وتلحق الكثير من الضرر بالمراة فقط فهى تدمر حياتها كليا وقد تفرض عليها أبناء غير شرعيين وتفضل الاسر عدم الابلاغ عن هكذا اعتداءات وكتم الامر حتى لا تدمر حياة ابيتها ولكن الموضع أصبح منشرأ بشكل كبير فى بلادنا دون الوصول لحل له وأثناء التحقيق الجنائى فى هذه الحادثه تتعرض المأه للكثير من الفحوصات التى يقوم بها الطبيب الشرعى مما يؤذى حياء السيدات فيقترح المؤلف أن تضم للشرطه الجائية عناصر نسائية تساهم فى حل هذه القضايا والتحقيق فيها بدون اللجوء الى الرجال مما يؤثر سلبا على نفسيه المرأه وهى لاينقصها ذلك بعد الاعتداء الذى حدث لها ويوضح هذا الكتاب للمتخصصين فى هذا المجال شكل الموت الجنائى الناتج عن الاعتداءات الجنسية أو الناتج عن العملية الجنسية بدون أسباب جنائية .
